Shipping policy
1. Processing vs. Shipping Time

Order Processing: We typically process and package orders within 3-4 business days.

Shipping Time: Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and do not include the time required for customs clearance for international orders.
2. International & US Shipping

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All orders shipped outside of Canada are subject to import duties, taxes (VAT/Sales Tax), and customs brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Brokerage Fees: Please note that shipping carriers charge a brokerage fee for processing paperwork at the border. These fees are not included in our shipping rates and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Documentation: We will include a Commercial Invoice with all international shipments. Any additional fees levied by customs or the carrier at the time of delivery are the responsibility of the recipient.
3. Inspection & Damages

Receiving Your Shipment: Please inspect your package for visible damage before signing for the delivery.

Reporting Issues: If an item is damaged in transit, please take photos of the packaging and the part immediately and contact us at info@heritagedieselparts.ca within 48 hours.
4. Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Boxes: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Restricted Regions: For shipping quotes to remote regions or countries outside of Canada and the continental US, please contact us directly. Shipping costs calculated at checkout do not apply.Â
- Purchasing Multiple Products: Shipping costs calculated at checkout when purchasing multiple products may at times be inaccurate due to limitations with Shopify Shipping cost calculator. In rare cases we may need to contact you with an updated shipping cost. If you choose not to pay the updated costs Heritage Diesel Surplus Parts Inc. will refund your purchase.Â
